Caught by the River Announce Be: One – Live

Be One Live

Following the announcement that the next release for Caught by the River‘s Rivertones imprint will be the soundtrack to Wolfgang Buttress‘ Gold Medal awarded UK Pavilion from the 2015 Milan Expo, they have now revealed that two very special live performances of the piece will take place in early 2016.

Musicians involved include Kev Bales & Tony Foster, who have worked with the likes of Spiritualized and Mark Lanegan, Jason Spaceman, Amiina String section (Used by Sigur Ros) and more, and also incorporates the sounds of UK honey bees.

The performances will be held on the 18th & 19th of February at Nottingham Arts Theatre, where an installation has been designed and tailored for the space by Wolfgang, Squint Opera and Hoare Lea.

Tickets are £12 and available from Rough Trade Nottingham or online here.
