Our friends at Caught by the River have announced a set of new acts for ‘The Waterfront’ at their debut London festival:

“We’re incredibly proud to be able to announce some amazing new additions to theCaught by the River Thames line up. Joining a bill that already includes (deep breath)Super Furry Animals, Low, Beth Orton, Chris Packham, Sun Ra Arkestra, Mulatu Astatke, Kate Tempest, Temples, BE play ONE, Gwenno, Ryley Walker, Imarhan and much more will be peerless psychogeographer Iain Sinclair and regular Caught by the River contributors Melissa Harrison, Emma Warren, John Andrews and Dexter Petley. They’ll appear – alongside many others – on the newly announced Waterfront Stage (curated by the good people at the Canal & River Trust). Elsewhere on site, the Palace Picturehouse will present a weekend-long programme of riverine films and talks.”

We couldn’t be more excited to have Temples, Gwenno & Stealing Sheepplaying the festival in August too.

Taking place on the weekend of August 6th & 7th, this unique line-up has something for everyone.
