In early September London’s BFI Southbank cinema will premiere I’ve Been Trying To Tell You, the new film by Alasdair McLellan made to accompany the new Saint Etienne album of the same name.
The film will be accompanied by a Q&A with McLellan & Saint Etienne’s Bob Stanley, across two screenings in NFT1. To celebrate, the BFI will also be hosting a whole weekend of The Films of Saint Etienne, all with intros or Q&As by the filmmakers and members of the group.
